With two days out of school, I'm a little behind blogging.

In Literature 9 we reviewed the details from "All God's Children Need Traveling Shoes." Then in their groups they discussed the imagery in the story. Finally we ended the class period with a reading check. Tomorrow we're going to have a quiz over the first five pieces of literature.

In English 10 we reviewed Direct Objects. Everyone has an exercise to complete (pg. 44, Exercise 14). This will be page 14 in your notebook. Then we had time for four motivational speeches.

In American Literature it was all about Tom Walker and allegories. We started with a Padlet putting pictures and examples of allegories. Then we reviewed the CLOSE that was assigned with the story. Tomorrow we're going to take a quiz over Washington Irving.

In Law we finished up case law. Now that we've studied the four sources of law - Constitutional, statute, administrative, and case - we'll be able to move on and discuss criminal and civil law. Chapter 1: Section 2 Review Questions are due.
