When you are only in school three days, the week goes by very quickly.
In Literature 9 we reviewed the events from the trial and then took our quiz. After the quiz everyone worked on their vocabulary lists. When all were done with the quiz, we finished the Adjective Classification. If you are going to have me read to you Chapters 22-23, you will need to be in school by 7:50 AM on Monday morning.
In English 10 we finished reading Act IV. We only had a page left, so it didn't take long. Then we played a few on-line games (quizzes) which prepared us for our quiz. For Monday, read Act V: Scenes 1-2.
In American Government we took 20 minutes to discuss current events, and there was a variety! We had everything from drug deals, to families being killed, to finding a lost room held by the Nazis. Then we started reviewing the definitions of standing, select, joint, and conference committees. We didn't get as far as I had hoped, but hopefully I can make up ground on Monday. For Monday, complete the worksheet that assigns bills to various standing committees.
Law was hit hard by yearbook pictures (Honors in Scholars and Citizenship). What time we did have we reviewed our criminal unit. We'll have to continue our review on Monday with the test on Tuesday.
Have a great weekend everyone!
