Well, winter is here! Friday was a snow day, and man it was bad out. I'm glad that school was called early enough that no one was out and about. So today was a combination of what was planned for Friday and include some of the Monday plans.
In Literature 9 we worked on our vocabulary lesson for "The Scarlet Ibis" and the "Secret Life of Walter Mitty". Then those that hadn't finished their quiz, finished it. Most just had a question or two. Finally everyone was told to read (or re-read as the case may be) the story "The Necklace". You are saying you read it before, but your teachers are saying that it wasn't in their class. Whatever is the case, "skim" the story to remind yourself the details.
In English 10 time was given to finish up your museum box. Most had things done, so it ended up a study hall for many. I was proud to see the way all of you worked, and also the way many of you handled missing files.
In American Government, we quickly reviewed for our economics test. The test was taken, and the assignment for next week is to watch the YouTube video on the Articles of Confederation and complete the appropriate notes.
Have a great Monday everyone!
