I'm not sure where my posting went, but I'm up for a "redo".

In English II we took another shot at our Parts of Speech, and after grading them, it looked like they went much better. Then we finished our notes on Propaganda Techniques. We started to review by watching a few examples that were saved on Padlet. Next week we will review them one last time, take a test, and present our vocabulary words.

In American Lit. we finished our discussion of Puritan Literature and demonstrated how much we've learned by taking an open-note quiz. Then we took our vocabulary quiz. Time was given to work on a game about the Salem Witch Trials. We'll be watching "The Crucible," so we'll be finishing some preliminary study.

In Literature 9 it took awhile to complete the Main Idea Quiz. Reading the selection and then answering the questions took a little longer than I anticipated. We will pick up where we left off on Monday and hopefully get back on schedule. The Six-Word Memoir is due on Monday. I'm anxious to see them!
