Your final day with Mrs. Meester. I can't let her be around too much longer otherwise you'll begin to like her more than me! She's a peach!
In Literature 9 everyone finished their skills portion of their test. They then started their vocabulary for To Kill a Mockingbird. We will introduce the book and vocabulary next week when I return.
In English 10 they took a check on Moodle over the Scavenger Hunt. They then started a section of notes for the Elizabethan Era. This was one lesson that I was disappointed that I didn't teach. I love grossing out everyone about the lack of hygiene of this era! I left a Globe Tour activity, but it seems that some groups couldn't complete it.
In American Literature they should have finished Washington Irving's biography by now, and then they should have been given the story "Legend of Sleepy Hollow" along with questions to be completed. They were told to read only the highlighted sections as it is quite a long story.
In Law we always finish a unit with a 48 hours episode. I'm not sure which one they watched, but hopefully it sets things up well for our criminal unit.
I'll see everyone on Monday!
