Another Monday, another late start. This is getting ridiculous! I was gone today, but that shouldn't stop you from picking things up from the substitute. Mr. Van Briesen is more than capable of helping you.
Literature 9: You need to pick up the worksheet related to chapters 4-6. You need to answer the questions related to Chapter 4-5. Tomorrow you will be having your quiz over Chapters 1-5. We need to stay to our reading schedule or we will never finish on time.
English 10: You read for 10 minutes. If you were gone, please email me your page numbers. We are still working on Romeo and Juliet. We read Scenes 1-3 last week, and I hope that you can get through Scene 4 – the Queen Mab’s Speech. Either the class read it individually, at their tables, or as a class. Read for 10 minutes.
Government: You only had class for half an hour, so you probably only got to the first half of the requirements. In your partners, finish the mystery pictures related to the House of Representatives. There was also a video on Gerrymandering (from Crash Course) to watch. You have a quiz on Wednesday.
In Law, you're still in the process of watching 12 Angry Men. I hope you're enjoying it and learning about jury deliberation.
I hope to see you tomorrow, but if not, Mr. Van Briesen has things well in hand.
