Today was a half day so everything was condensed.
In Literature 9 I only had first hour. We took another look at Maya Angelou. We reviewed the vocabulary, and then time was given to read the story "All God's Children Need Traveling Shoes".
In English 10 since we had both classes, we were able to get things done. First we had those drawn present their mythology vocabulary. Then we reviewed our surveys. Everyone was supposed to complete at least 10 surveys, and then we analyzed the results. After looking at the results, we determined if our audiences were positive, opposed, indifferent, or neutral. With that analysis, then we had to look at what kind of evidence we needed to include in our speeches. All outlines are due on Monday, with speeches beginning on Tuesday.
In American Government we took our Living Document test. I didn't see too much smoke, so I think it went o.k.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. We'll see you Monday!
