December 8, 2016 (Day #74)

It's Thursday, and the weekend is right around the corner. What a hectic week. I know that is the essence of winter sports and activities. I just hope I have the energy to make it all the way through.

In Literature 9 we reviewed for our vocabulary test tomorrow. We completed some SMART board activities, played a little Kahoot, and then tried to work as a team to help those that might be struggling on specific words.

In English 10 I reviewed four of the vocabulary words related to jobs and occupations. Then it was time to look at the evaluation for our tour speech. Each class then presented four tours, and each was fantastic!!! Everyone should have picked up an outline to begin putting their demonstration speech in order.

In American Literature we finished our rhetorical devices, Leonard Pitts, and coloring. Great job! We had a moment to review some of the essay, but we'll finish up rhetorical devices tomorrow, along with our vocabulary lesson.
