I wonder how much of a teacher's day is spent photocopying and stapling. I swear I stood over the copier for over an hour today! Ugh!

In Literature 9 we tried to analyze the style of Mr. Singer. We looked at why things were a little inverted (he wrote first in Yiddish), why he includes random questions, etc. We also reviewed the definitions for the words related to the story.

In English 10 we discussed how to evaluate Internet sources. Hopefully that let's everyone know how important it is to be diligent absorbers of knowledge. We also discussed researching our next speech - it is about something. I'm looking forward to these speeches as the last two speeches have been digital in nature.

I didn't have American Lit due to ASVAB's. They were reminded through email to post to the novel forum and have their vocabulary defined.
