Two days in a row...wow!

In Literature 9 it was a work day. They started completed the Vocabulary lesson - a lesson they received because they didn't all get their words defined. Hopefully this is a one time deal. Then the class took the Chapter 16-21 Quiz. They received the vocabulary words for the rest of the book - look up the first four.

In English 10 we finished (finally) discussing Act III, Scene 1. In sixth hour we got a little way into scene 2. We also worked on dangling and misplaced phrases. Next week we'll have a test over the entire chapter of phrases.

In American Government we looked at a few bio commercials. We finished our discussion of the Electoral College and campaign agenda. We were going to have an open book check, but it didn't quite turn out that way. We'll start off the class on Monday with a check, and then begin our discussion of the Cabinet.

In Law we got through our discussion of 'duty' and how it related to torts. We have such good discussions that we go a little slower than planned. It's all good though, because the discussions are good.
