Crazy (CRAZY!) day. Why do I keep having insanity knocking at my door? Oh, I know why - I keep letting "him" in.

In Literature 9 we started taking notes on persuasion. We also looked at the six techniques often used in persuasion. We then completed a different kind of vocabulary. This one asked everyone write to original sentences using the vocabulary words. This seems to cause a little more "discomfort" than the other lessons.

In English 10 we reviewed our material and then took our Persuasion test. We will then choose partners and work on our Pro/Con Speeches.

In American Government we discussed the fringe benefits of the President. Then we took our 8-1 Quiz. Next we moved onto discussing how our candidates measured up. This was a homework assignment from last week. Finally an Election Packet was distributed.

In Law I had to do double duty. I was taping TV News, and while I was doing that everyone worked on 4-1 Guided Reading about the structure of our court systems.

Again - crazy day. Hopefully I can close the door on the insanity.
