Almost to the end of the week, which means I'm closer to returning as well. I know I'll be sad to leave Cancun, but happy to see you. (And I'm being sincere!)

In Literature 9 they took their unit test on nonfiction. I'm sure it took most of the class period and they probably will need to finish the skills portion tomorrow.

In English 10 they spent the day working on their Scavenger Hunt. There will be a check tomorrow, so everyone needs to be prepared.

In American Literature they reviewed the 5 I's (Individualism, Idealism, Intuition, Imagination, and Inspiration). They should then share their annotations of "The Highwayman". I also had mine on the SMART board. There was another quick video on Author's Style they should watch. They then should watch a biography video on Washington Irving and complete the worksheet. They could then turn in those worksheets.

In Law they took their Chapter 4 test.

It seemed like today was all about assessments! I hope everyone feels prepared.
