Well I just wanted to get something written here for last week. As you know, I had the flu (or something equivalent to it. Here is somewhat the schedule of events for the two days I was gone.
Literature 9: First and Fifth hour both Thursday and Friday had ITED's, so classroom obligations were kind of a bust. I did send an email concerning a storyboard related to "The Scarlet Ibis". Please look at this storyboard as we will be creating one for the next short story we read. Here is the link to that Story Board:

English 10: Both sections had to take the option ITED's. Second hour should be ready to go with speeches on Monday. Everyone needs to be working on their questions for Story Corps. These questions should be open ended and ready to help the person being interviewed to open up and share. Also they should be careful that they are talking about a specific event or time period in their life. Also I asked them (through an email) to look at a slide share that discusses "how-to" speeches. We will be creating a You Tube video on how to do something. Here is the slide share I'd like everyone to look at.

American Literature: Both Thursday and Friday they were finishing ITED's and working on their Age of Reason vocabulary. On Thursday fourth hour had a chance to work on it, and then on Friday, (hopefully) third hour had the same opportunity.
This was indeed a crazy week - ITED's, being gone - and now Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Where is time going?
