Reading Targets!

We are into our third day of reading, and we should be establishing a reading pace. We've discussed how depending on what we're reading determines our pace. My reading for pleasure book? I'm devouring it! My book for school - not so much. It's not that I don't like Notice and Note, it's more technical and structured, so I have to read it slower. Today we shared with our tables whether we're enjoying our book or not. Most seem to have found something that appeals to them. Remember if you want to abandon a book, simply tell me. Be prepared for "why". I don't want to hear it's boring. Give me a reason - the characters are hard to understand. I don't like the storyline. Something beyond "I don't like it."
