Overview
Another Watson full back, this time this young fellow appeared at left back, deputising for Jock Wilson in 1931. On his only appearance it was said that he played not at all badly. At the close of the season, in April 1931, he was freed. He then signed for Queen of the South where he played at centre half. A brother of Phil. When season 1933 commenced he had moved from St Mirren to Dumbarton.
Born in Cleland he was 5’10” and weighed 11sts 9lbs.
Debut on 24th January 1931 in a Scottish League match at home to Dundee.
