McMILLAN, John (1926)
Overview
A newcomer to Douglas Park in 1926 as the season was about to commence, he had been with Royal Albert, where his performances the previous season while there had been above average, so when he came to Hamilton he had quite a reputation as a centre forward. He did well in his first match when he scored and took his goal well, however he never really settled and after another couple of outings he did not reappear in the side.
Reported to have been with Plymouth Argyle before being signed by the Raploch Park club. With Alloa on leaving Douglas Park.
Debut on 14th August 1926 in a Scottish League match at home to St Mirren in which he scored.
