Overview

His former clubs were said to be Abercorn, Rangers and Clyde. A centre half who was signed in 1897 for a second time. Could also play at centre forward. He was signed from Accies by Abercorn in 1896. While with Motherwell he played at centre for a Lanarkshire Select in 1892.

Debut on 11th September 1897 in the Qualifying Cup at home to Motherwell which was lost 4-3.
