FORSYTH, John (1924)

Overview

From the Armadale district. He had impressed in the 1924 pre season trial and was signed. Played at inside left on his debut though he was a centre forward when he was signed from Wemyss Athletic. He showed good ball control in his first outing even though it was evident that he was not comfortable in the number 10 shirt. Transferred to Armadale on 11th November 1924.

Debut on 30th August 1924 at home to Raith Rovers in a Scottish League game which Accies won 1-0.
