Overview
During season 1954-55 he made his first team debut in a League Cup tie in the opening match of the competition. A year later he made his only League appearance in the number eleven jersey. He joined Accies from Queen's Park.
Debut in 14th August 1954 at home to Forfar Athletic in a 2-0 win in a Scottish League Cup match.
