NIMMO, Michael (1918)

Overview

A Tannochside lad who was signed from Ashfield Juniors in August 1918 as a centre half, he went on to appear in all of the half back slots as well as a couple or so outings at centre forward where he was no slouch.

At the close of the 1919-20 season he was allowed to depart Douglas Park and he went to Barrow where he was a regular for some time. Bothwell born on 27th October 1892.

5’9” and 11sts 10lbs.

Debut was on 24th August 1918 at home to Hibernian in a First Division League game.
