Overview

A very experienced player when Bertie Auld brought him to Douglas Park in 1983. He had been with Preston North End, Dundee United, in 1980, and Morton previously. A midfielder who was freed when John Lambie took over as Manager. He then signed for Queen of the South; other moves took him to Partick Thistle and Cowdenbeath, all in 1984.

Born in Bellshill on 27th April 1959.

Debut on 20th August 1983 in a Scottish League match at home to Airdrieonians which was drawn 1-1.
