Accies Career
Overview
A Sandy Clark signing, Kevin had been on the staff at Ibrox prior to being released in 1996. He then appeared for Ross County in a handful of matches before coming to Accies in December 1996, initially on a month's contract, which was later extended. A striker while with Hamilton.
On being released by Sandy Clark in 1997 he was training with Raith Rovers and he was signed. Freed by them in 1999 when the new Manager, John McVeigh, took over. After a short spell with Hill of Beath Hawthorn that year he then resumed his senior career with Dunfermline. He later took a step back into defence while with Arbroath and he was at Gayfield until February 2001 when he made the short trip to Brechin City. Before the January window closed in 2004 he transferred to Clyde from Glebe Park.
In June 2004 he moved to St Johnstone from Clyde. He joined Vikingur Olafsvik of Iceland in 2006 after a long absence due to injury. Then he returned to Stark’s Park to turn out with Raith Rovers once again. He remained in Fife when he joined big spending East Fife in 2007 where he was part of the Third Division title winning squad. Two years later he was with Dick Campbell at Forfar Athletic.
