MURRAY, John (1934)

Overview

Signed in 1934 from Bowhill Rovers as a 5’11” nineteen year old. John was a strong wing half who found it difficult to break into the side, such was its strength in that department. When he left Hamilton in 1935 he was signed by East Stirling.

Debut on 2nd February 1935 in a Scottish League match away to St Mirren in which he scored.
