REID, Robert (1918)

Overview

An ex-Hibernian player and inside forward. He played particularly well on his debut and turned out two weeks later against Partick Thistle when he again scored. A fortnight later was his swan song when he appeared in an Accies side which was thrashed 6-0 by Motherwell at Douglas Park in a friendly match on 27th April 1918. Two years later he was with Royal Albert.

Debut against Dykehead on 30th March 1918 in a Lanarkshire Cup tie at Douglas Park.
