1913: Adam Miller severely censured for using obscene language to referee, T.Dougray.

1995: In an article in the club programme, Chairman, David Campbell reiterated the above re the club having financial difficulties. he concludes his statement thus, “It is ironic that the petition for administration which the promoters say will save the club, appears to have been masterminded by the man who is largely responsible for the difficulties which the club has encountered”.
