BARKEY, Patrick (1982)

Overview

He was signed from the East Kilbride youth side, Claremont Boys Club in 1982. Like his father he was an outside left, small in stature at 5’6” and 9sts 2lbs. Given a couple of outings at the start of the 1983-84 season but never got beyond that.

He was with Cumnock Juniors in 1990 while in 1993 he was with Kilsyth Rangers. In season 2003-04 he was the Under 17 Coach with Partick Thistle.

Born in Bellshill on 31st October 1964.

Debut on 28th August 1982 in a Scottish League Cup tie at home to Queen’s Park which Accies lost 2-1.
