STEWART, David (1946)

Overview

Signed from Larkhall Thistle before the close of season 1945-46, he appeared in Summer League Cup matches only at the tail end of the season. He was a wing half, an amateur. He moved to Queen’s Park in 1948 before returning to Larkie.

In 1953 he was still playing with Eaglesham Amateurs and was capped by Scotland at that level while there.

Debut on 9th March 1946 in a Summer League Cup tie at home to Falkirk.
