MORE, James (1926)

Overview

This young man was signed from Parkhead Juniors as a right half, he had few opportunities to show his worth and soon left Douglas Park.

He had been a member of the Glasgow Junior League side which had played Rangers in a benefit match at Bellshill in 1925. He played at centre half. In his first match it was reported that he did well though he tired late on due to lack of full time training. Moved on to King’s Park for the 1926-27 season.

Debut on 6th March 1926 in a Scottish League match at home to Partick Thistle.
