Overview

The wearer of the number 6 shirt when Accies played their first ever Scottish League game away back over a century ago. He held his place the following year and then came the introduction of Charlie Clark and Sandy Cowan and he fell out of favour at the club. Nevertheless one of the club’s history makers. Played as a juvenile with Hamilton Oakbank in 1892.

Debut on 11th September 1897 in a Qualifying Cup tie which was lost at home to Motherwell, 4-3.
