IRVINE, Joe (1909)

Overview

Ex Belfast Distillery, Port Glasgow Athletic, Abercorn and Glossop, where he spent almost two seasons, previous to his time at Douglas Park where he arrived in 1909. He was a left winger who was in and out the team until the end of the season.

Signed by Morton in January 1911. A month later he was with Johnstone where he was a stalwart for several terms.

Debut on 17th August 1909 in a Scottish League match away to Celtic.
