A young amateur who had played a number of times for Queen’s Park before arriving at Douglas Park in 1921. Resident of Blantyre. A versatile player who was really regarded as an outside left but while with Accies he appeared at centre forward and inside forward as well.
Debut on 5th September 1921 in John Hanlon’s Benefit Match at home to Rangers.
