Accies Career

Overview

A local boy, the elder brother of Davie. He spent a season at Douglas Park in 1968, having come to Hamilton from Hull City, where he had gone straight from school. Could play on either flank but his outings were limited. On leaving Accies he went to Larkhall Thistle and in 1972 he was with Lanark United.

Debut on 7th August 1968 in a Friendly Match at home to Celtic which Accies lost 2-1. He was a substitute.
