DAND, Colin (1929)
Overview
A top class juvenile player who was with Abbotshall in Fife, before turning senior with Armadale. While at Volunteer Park he continued to impress and He was taken to Tynecastle in 1921.
He came to Douglas Park after the start of the 1929-30 season and appeared at left half. He made a good impression in his first game though he tired to-wards the close of the match was how one eye witness put it. With the signing of young Jamie Bulloch, the older Colin was unable to regain his place. He was freed in April 1930.
Debut on 7th September 1929 in a Scottish League match away to Partick Thistle.
