GORDON, David (1920)

Overview

A West Lothian lad who had been with Heart of Midlothian. While there he was loaned to Armadale to assist them in their efforts in the Scottish Cup in early 1920.

Accies had him on their payroll for the start of 1920-21 season. An inside forward. 23 at the time. At the end of the following season he was placed on the transfer list. He appealed against the figure asked for by the club, his appeal was turned down by the Scottish League Management Committee in November 1921.

Debut on 21st August 1920 at home to Third Lanark in a Scottish League game which was drawn 1-1. He was the scorer.
