BOWIE, Neil (1959)

Overview

A centre half who had been a junior with Pollok before moving up a step with East Fife in 1954. Ideally built for the position at 6 feet in height and weighing 12sts 4lbs. He came to Accies at the end of season 1958-89 from Bayview and was released when the season finished. He signed for Brechin City and was there for at least three seasons.

His debut was on 22nd April 1959 in a Scottish League match at home to Arbroath in a 4-0 win.
