Overview
A youngster signed straight from Hamilton Academy in 1967, he was a centre half as a schoolboy although he played at full back while with Accies. In the few outings he was given he didn't shine and was released. He played as an amateur while with the club.
Debut on 4th March 1967 away to Queen’s Park in a Scottish League fixture won by Accies 3-1.
