TODD, John (1913)

Overview

Nithsdale Wanderers to Clyde before joining Accies in 1912. As recorded in his only League match he scored twice against Heart of Midlothian but, for some reason, was not persevered with; possibly because Willis Rippon, the normal centre forward, was in such good form and it was not easy to drop him. John went on loan to Motherwell later that season. His next move was to Armadale in 1913. Returned to Nithsdale in May 1914.

Debut on 11th January 1913 in a Scottish League match at home to Heart of Midlothian.
