Overview

From Burnbank Swifts Benny went to Cambuslang Rangers. He also turned out for Cowdenbeath and in 1964 he went south to Notts County. In his twenty five league games at Meadow Lane at inside forward he notched two goals. In 1969 he was wearing Accies colours as a trialist. He was allowed to move on. Had also been with Bath City. In 1970 he was playing in Australia.

Born in Bellshill on 11th August 1941.

Debut on 22nd March 1969 at home to Dumbarton in a Scottish League fixture which was drawn 0-0.
