A WESTERN LOVE STORY

It was already evening and the girl waited for the return of the cowboy. He could come any moment. To keep herself warm she had made a campfire which softly crackled. Although she was deeply in love with him she didn’t dare to say it. She had dropped silent hints which he had noticed. But he hadn’t react to it like she had hoped.

When he had finally come she felt safe again. His presence made sure that she wasn’t lonely and deserted anymore. After he had taken care of his horse he came to keep her company. She had made fresh coffee, out of love for him.

In the background a coyote cried. She wasn’t afraid anymore because her protector was nearby and he would never let her go again.

The cowboy looked over his cup to the girl who sat opposite him. He knew how she felt about him. Her blonde hair was beautiful at the camp fire which burned between them. The cowboy drank his last bit of coffee and crawled then next to her.

The shy girl looked in the rough eyes of the cowboy and felt that she became warm. Tenderly he put his big hands into hers. Slowly she pulled him near her. Her lips were searching for his. When that had happened a passionate kiss followed. It was Heaven on Earth for her with in the background the campfire very softly romantically crackling.

The girl who was silently asleep woke up by the footsteps of the cowboy. By his handsome face the fear melted in her and something nice took its place.

“Come, I take you home”, he said softly and got hold of her. But before they could ride away she thanked him with a long passionate kiss.
