Working with a Group

Nowadays, people usually discuss the issue of the ability of working with a group or working independently. In my opinion, working with a group of people on a team is more important than working independently. Working with a group can be beneficial because of different working styles, characteristics, and skills of work of the group members.

Everyone has his or her own way of working. It is important that people need to adapt themselves at work. Working independently, we don’t need to adapt to other work styles and we just follow our own steps. When we work on a team, the circumstances will vary. If we work with other people, we need to adapt to others and respect everyone’s work style. Thus, working on a team, we can become an understanding person.

Everyone has his or her own characteristics. It is important that people recognize them when they work together. Working independently, we don’t need to care about others’ mood and think how to work peacefully. If we work with a team, we need to be concerned about everyone’s feeling and face our colleagues, either good or bad. We need to recognize which one is the weird person we need to watch out for, and which one is a good colleague that we can maintain our relationship. Working with a team, we can become more flexible.

Everyone is a unique individual. They are good at different skills of work. Working independently, we will not receive other people’s help. When we suffer the difficulty, no one can help us quickly. Working with a team, each one is good at different aspect so we can help each other out and increase the efficiency of work. Working with a team, we can learn the importance of helping each other.

Working with a team can be beneficial because of different working styles, characteristics, and skills of work of the group members. I think team work is facilitative to our work. Whichever the team we are on, we need to adapt to various working styles, different characteristics of our partners, and help out one another.
