A Healthy Change

    Have you ever noticed what you ate? How have these viands affected your health? Nowadays, most people eat outside, and people always only choose what they like to eat. However, most foods that people like to eat tend to have high calories, such as fried food, desserts and snacks, but the high calorie foods are unhealthy for us. To have a healthy change, we should weed these unhealthy foods out and choose what we should eat.

  Most people cannot withstand the temptation of the fried chicken and french fries because they are fond of their nice flavor and their crisp skin combined with the tender meat. However, if we had too much these fried foods, they will make us become fat and unhealthy. Furthermore, it might cause heart attack, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases.

 Take my experience for example. I was crazy about desserts, such as cakes, bread, chocolates, and cookies. I have ever eaten them every day in a week. And I got three more kilograms in only one week. I could not believe the number appeared to me when I stood on the weight scale. This experience awaked me to the importance of taking right food; I know I should change my style of eating right away. Thus, I start to eat more healthy food and quit my favorite desserts for a long time. Finally, I not only cut my fat, becoming slimmer than before but also become healthier.

 In my opinion, the food that we ate will influence our health directly. Thus, making a healthy change, we should be more careful to choose the kind of food that is helpful for us. For example, we can take boiled food instead of fried food; we can choose boiled chicken instead of fried chicken. Furthermore, we can eat more vegetables and fruit to consume vitamins; also fewer desserts and snacks. Most important of all is that we should drink more water rather than drinks.

Eating healthily, we can not only be healthy but also have a slender figure. What a perfect change! To choose what we should eat rather what we like to eat. Get rid of unhealthy food which would be bad to your body, and consume more healthy foods! Such a healthy change will make us a healthy life and a healthy body.
