There are three different sorts of restaurants that I usually go to. They are high-class Japanese restaurant, fast food restaurant, and hot pot restaurant. Among them, the high-class Japanese restaurant has the best service. The waiters and waitresses always take good care of their customers. For example, sometimes when other people break the plates accidentally, they also come to us to apologize for the noises. In contrast, I don’t really like the service of the fast food restaurant or the hot pot restaurant. They always take your order impatiently and they don’t really care about what you need. For the food quality, the high-class restaurant wins again. Every piece of dish is like an art. The cooks know what people care and serve not only delicious food taste, but also high quality dishes. However, the food in the fast food restaurant and the hot pot restaurant is not as good as that of Japanese one. The food in the fast food restaurant is always greasy and dirty. TV news has already broadcast their notorious food quality for many times. And the hot pot restaurant serves some vegetables which aren’t washed very well and some seafood is not fresh. Last, the environment in the high-class Japanese restaurant is very neat and tidy. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and even the toilets are very clean. I always have a good time eating there. On the other hand, there are a lot of flies, cockroaches and mice running in both the fast food restaurant and the hot pot restaurant. I have seen many times. I tried to persuade myself, “It’s OK to see those disgusting creatures in restaurants.” But I have given up finally, and I hardly ever go there now. So I think I like the high-class Japanese restaurant the best.
