      If there are one bottle of drinks and one bottle of water in front of me, I would take the drinks without any delay. Yes, I do not like to drink water, especially, which has no color, no taste and no fun. In the past, I used to three bottles of drinks every day. I did not think this behavior was bad until I knew a noun called diabetes. Afterward I started to control the sugar in drinks I took. And I found although I tried to decrease the quantity of sugar in drinks, the drinking water was healthier than any other drinks.

In addition, drinks cost you money. To be a smart person, it seemed clever to quit the habit of drinking drinks for caring your wallet and health. Water actually provides many benefits to people! For example, it is necessary for metabolism. Metabolism can help your body purification, and blood circulation. But just drinking water is useless. Water is a medium, and you should exercise to make your body work.

Did you know there are some simple tips for drinking water? According to the information on medicine, you should drink water first to supply all body after you wake up. You should drink water slowly instead of quickly even when you are thirsty. That is because you would also take in air when you drink too much water one time, and the air would make your stomach uncomfortable. In addition, the water that has been kept for a long time shouldn’t be drunk.

Now I usually go to school with a full bottle of water. I can save some change for other purposes instead of buying drinks. Even my weight is losing, and my health is better than before. I wish you have the same effects after you follow these steps. Do not look down on water which has no color, no taste, and no fun. Its benefits are so many, and out of your imagination.
