How to Cut Your Bangs by Yourself

My hair grows fast, so I need to go to the beauty salon monthly. I have to pay 150 dollar to cut my bangs every month. I had thought it was worthy to pay for it in order to be more beautiful. However, I found out that I had been spending too much money on it. Therefore, I decided to cut my bangs by myself, so I bought the professional quality scissors and found information about hair style from the fashion magazine.
First of all, I went to the shopping mall to buy the hair scissors for cutting my hair. The pair of scissors I bought was toothed so the cut part of my hair wouldn’t look so stiff. Next I prepared one hair ribbon to fasten my hair, and some hairpins to fix my hair. Then, I borrowed my sister’s big mirror and turned the light of the dressing table on. It was clearer for me to see my hair and face, and trim my hair easily.
Second, I washed my hair and used hair care to make it smooth. After washing, I dried my hair by an electric hair drier. It is the most important thing. Don’t cut your bangs when it is wet. You must dry it completely. If your hair is wet, your bangs will look longer than when it is dry.
Finally, I combed down my hair in the front with the comb. Before cutting, we should determine how long and thick of the hair we like. Then I let my bangs fall at my eyebrows, held my bangs between my fingers, and took the scissors at a 45 degree. Now we must look at the mirror, but do not close our eyes. After we finish the cutting, we can trim it, if we are not satisfied with it. However, if we cut our bangs too short, we can’t repair it. Therefore, we must be cautious.
When I went to the school with my newly cut hair, I was as proud as a peacock, because all of my friends thought I had my hair cut in the salon. Try my way of cutting bangs, and you can do it as well as I do. And you will not only save 1800 dollar every year but also acquire a good reputation.
