A Wonderful Trip

        Last summer vacation, we went to Hualien. There were almost forty people in this trip, and we took a sightseeing bus. The coastline’s scenery was very spectacular and it was an extraordinary sight. Everyone was singing the praises of the wonderful view. Some people were singing and other people were playing cards on the way to Hualien. The whole sightseeing bus was filled with happy atmosphere. That was a great time in my life. When we arrived at the destination, we all were so excited because we were to see the whales. No one had seen the whales, so everyone was looking forward to it. We took the speed boat and started our trip. Before we went to this trip, we should listen to some instructions, which were about sailing security. We also watched the film, about whales. Sea wind was very cool and spindrift was very beautiful. We stood on the deck, waiting for whales to appear. After thirty minutes, we didn’t find any trace of whales. After one hour, the speed boat was moving faster than before, but we still didn’t anything. Suddenly, the captain said, “I think that whales won’t appear today, because the weather is not very good.” At that time we felt very unlucky Everyone was very sad and disappointed. Even though; we didn’t see the whales, we still had a special experience and a happy time. And we will see the whales next time.
