My Friends

Amy Hsieh

Everyone has friends, and so do I. I make some friends during my every phase of education. They bring me a lot of fun, and accompany me to pass the moments of happiness and sorrow. I divide my friends into three types according to bosom friends, fair-weather friends, and common friends.

Having bosom friends is very difficult, so I think we don’t need many bosom friends, having one such friend is enough to me. I am so glad I have two bosom friends. We have been being bosom friends since we studied in senior high school. They are both my best friends. We not only play together but also share our heart with each other. There is no secret among us. As long as I have difficulties, they always help me and accompany me. We understand and trust each other.

Everyone has some fair-weather friends, and so do I. We always play together, and also share some pleasures in life. We usually chat with each other, but we usually don’t express our real mind, for they may hurt you behind you. Though they are friends, but may not be true friends. When you feel lonely, perhaps you can find them to go shopping, go playing with you, but you can’t reveal secrets in your mind. When you face difficulties, they may not help you but hurt you.

I also have some common friends. We meet each other, but we don’t understand each other well. We sometimes chat with each other but not always. We don’t have deep conversation. We are just very common friends.

Everyone needs friends. I think having a few friends is enough. Good friends can make us grow and support us when we have difficulties. We must choose friends carefully.
