A Healthy Change

Your lifestyle will decide what kind of life you will have in the future. How many times do you exercise per week? How many hours do you sleep every night? What kinds of food do you eat every day? Nowadays, people lose their health because they ignore what they have to pay attention for health. Poor habits cause poor health. You should do some changes for your health, such as doing exercise regularly, eating nutritious food, and having enough sleep.

In the present society, most people are too busy to do exercise. Once they have free time, they often choose to stay at home and do nothing. Day by day, their physical strength becomes poorer and poorer. Without enough strength, they feel tired and get sick easily. Regular exercise can help people not only enhance disease resistance and immunity but also promote the health of body and mind.

       People who have to work or go to school early often choose to eat fast food, because it takes less time for waiting. The food they eat cannot provide the nutrition which their bodies need. After a long time, they will become weak. Eating nutritious food and fruits everyday is necessary for people who want to keep healthy.

       Sleep is the most important thing in one day. After a long and exhausting day, people always want to take a rest. A silent sleep is helpful for people to relax. But now people often stay up late and do not have enough rest because of a lot of entertainments. It is bad for their health. The best sleeping time is from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am because our bodies totally rest in these four hours. So during the time you should spend your time on rest instead of entertainments.

       Regular exercise, nutritious food and enough sleep are the requisite elements for maintaining health. If you feel that your body status or your lifestyle is not healthy, do some changes for your health immediately and keep going.
