A Healthy Change

      Whether we are handsome or ugly, poor or rich, if we need a good life, we must care about our state of health. There are too many reasons to affect our health. As I am concerned about for my future, I should notice my physical situation. What follows is my healthy changing.     

      First, it's not so easy to keep a good shape than before; it means that my digestive systems need more time to digest, and my metabolism is decreasing after I am 20. There is no going back to that moment when I can eat heartily anymore. How many calories I eat will transfer to more weight than before.

      The second change is about my spiritual situation. I remember when I was a senior high student although I slept too late or got up very early I   would still be energetic the next day. Now, I cannot keep awake if I sleep after 1 o'clock. Or maybe because I am not a child anymore, I find that I do not have enough impulse to do anything (like courting girls).      

      The last change is about my physical strength. If I do not do enough tune-up exercise before I exercise, I will have sore muscles the whole body, and this did not happen when I was before 20. I think I need to go in for physical training.     

      Healthy change is not only about physical problems but also about mental problem. We need to keep our body healthy by exercising and following a right daily routine, and we also have to care about our mental health. Then, we will become a healthy person and have a good life.
