My Favorite Dessert Shops

In my free time,I often patronize two dessert shops. These two shops all opened in summer. I like desserts so I was so happy to taste desserts in these two shops in the beginning. Both of their desserts are so delicious that I would like to introduce them to you. These two shops are, in fact, very different in decorations, desserts’ tastes and bosses’ characters.

The first one is called Mary’s Shop. Everywhere in that shop is pink. Its decoration is very cute. The decoration is related to the style of the shop manager and the first impression it gives to customers. So it’s likely to attract many cute girls. When I am in this shop, most customers around me are girls because of this shop’s lovely decoration.Every kind of dessert in this shop, such as smooth chocolate candy bars and salty popcorn,tastes sweet and looks cute. What’s more, the owner,who is a sweet girl, also looks sweet, wearing a smile on her face all the time. She is warm-hearted and easy-going.

By contrast, the other one is totally different. This shop looks blue, and it is named Blue Sky. It has beautiful decoration but it looks lonely. There is some distance between sets of tables and chairs,just like people sitting in there. This shop attracts many businessmen. They often sit there alone with a computer. They look careful and lonely. The desserts of this shop are also delicious. Sour lemons and tangy oranges are all sour but have good tastes. The owner of this shop is like his customers. He is a middle-aged man who raises a quiet cat. He often reads a newspaper behind the counter without a word and seldom smiles.

In Mary’s Shop, I’d like to order a cup of apple juice. Listening to light music and chatting with my friends are comfortable, which makes me feel happy.But in Blue Sky, I usually read a book or do my homework. The blue environment can make me cool so that I can concentrate on my own study. That feels nice.In general, though the two shops are different in many ways, I love them both. The Mary’s shop gives me happiness and the Blue Sky calms me down. I am so lucky to have these two places to go to for relaxing myself.
