Life without Electronic Media

Evan Chuang

Nowadays, everyone cannot live without electronic media. Every day we use the computer, talk on the phone, watch TV and so on. But, if there were no electronic media one day, we still could do a lot of things. For me, I could do more exercise, accompany my friends and family, and read more books.

If there were no electronic media in our life, I could do more exercise. I usually spend too much time surfing the Internet. If there were no electronic media one day, I would like to play table tennis. Table tennis is one of my favorite sports. Chuang Chih Yuan is my favorite table tennis player. Every time I saw him on TV, I would cheer for him and watch his excellent skills of playing table tennis games. So if I did not have any electronic devices, I wanted to spend more time to improve my table tennis skills.

If there were no electronic media in our life, I would have more time to accompany my friends and family. I usually contact my friends and family on Facebook. I seldom talk with them face to face. I think it would be more interesting to talk with someone face to face because when we chat with each other we can see their actions and expressions. In this way, we can realize more about what people say and what they want to do. I can have a reunion with my friends and family. We can chat about work and anything interesting.

If there were no electronic media in our life, we could read more books and magazines to increase our knowledge and common sense. For me, I would read some magazines about airplanes because I am interested in airplanes. They will give me some knowledge about airplanes. I am also interested in cooking. I would read some books about cooking and then I would improve my cooking skills and make more tasty dishes.

In conclusion, we could still do some interesting things even if we did not have electronic devices. If there were no electronic devices, we could do anything we wanted to do or anything that we did not have time to do.
